Happy National Nutrition Month and the first day of Spring! 🌸

For national nutrition month, we wanted to share a delicious breakfast recipe for Strawberry 🍓 Overnight Oats! Breakfast seems to be the hardest meal for many to eat. Whether it’s up early for work or hurrying with the kiddos, this is an easy prep the night before to grab-and-go in the morning!

strawberry and oats

1/2 c old fashioned oats
1/2 c Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)
1/2 c milk (or I also used silk almond protein milk)
1/2 tbsp of chia seeds
3/4 c strawberries (or any fruit of choice)
1 tbsp of honey

🍓Mix all ingredients together, with the exception of strawberries and some chia seeds.
🍓Top with strawberries, remaining chia seeds, and additional honey
🍓Refrigerate overnight and it’s ready to go for the morning! 😊

This is an easy, nourishing, and satisfying breakfast to start your day!
